For installation we do not need any other parts, nothing needs to be drilled or reworked - we pull out the selector, remove the original lever and the worn plastic bushing and replace with a new bushing and shifter. The gearshift knob is made of plastic - in summer it does not heat up, in winter it does not get cold in the hand. The length is the same as the original lever, thread M12x1.75, there is the possibility of unscrewing the knob and replace it with another, preferred.
